Return Process

   Get in touch

   Send an email to support@aurelietoronto.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

   Receive return instructions

   We will send you a return authorisation by email, including the return address and all further instructions.

   Pack your item

   Place the item carefully in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags and accompanying documents.

   Ship the parcel

   Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We do not charge any handling fee for processing returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@aurelietoronto.com. Items submitted for exchange must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products are excluded from exchange and return. Please refer to the relevant product description or contact us directly to find out which items are affected.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Our voluntary 30-day return window extends beyond this statutory right.
